Attend Orientation
We will give you a call to schedule your orientation. State regulations require us to obtain a current child’s immunization record which can be obtained from your child’s pediatrician or from the State Health Department. We also require your child’s insurance card. If you did not upload this information during your online enrollment, then please bring copies to your orientation. Thank you!
